As announced on Sunday, the next round of the Alpha Course will be beginning soon! Alpha is a great place for unbelieving friends and family to come and ask questions and explore the Christian faith without fear of judgement.
The course will begin on Thursday 9 May and run each Thursday night for 5 weeks.
Please be praying for people you could invite along and that God would embolden us as a church to cross the pain line and share the Gospel with those around us who are lost.
For more info or to sign up, you can head to: sgparra.org.au/alpha.
Here is a flyer you can share with friends and family with all the info:
There will be no groups this week as we are on break for the school holidays.

Next week on the 16th-18th of April, the pastors and wives from SG Australia will be heading to a retreat with the purpose of strengthening our marriages to better serve our respective churches. We will be spending our time being trained, caring for one another, bearing one another’s burdens and also building upon our friendship with one another.
Please be praying for our time together:
for a spirit of unity
for wisdom and love as we care for one another
for protection against the enemy
Thank you!
For the first time at SG Parra, some of our youth from G2G along with a group from SG Wahroonga will be heading to kyck on the 19th-21st of April! This will hopefully be an encouraging experience in which youth from yr6 and up will grow in fellowship and love of the LORD and His Son, Jesus.
The G2G young people attending from SG Parra will be: Evie, Kayleigh, Milo, Ellysse, Annabelle H, Melody and Annabelle B.
Please be praying for the youth and leaders who will be attending the conference: that they may encounter the Lord and enjoy meaningful fellowship with one another.
You can head here to find out more about kyck24.
This Sunday, we will be inducting our newest members into SG Parra! This is always an exciting week as we get to see and celebrate how the Lord is building His church! We can’t wait to welcome these brothers and sisters with warmth, joy and the love of Christ. We look forward to seeing you there!
