Want to Get Connected?
Whether you have been following Jesus all your life or you haven’t yet begun your journey…
We’d love to get to know you!
We are a church that has open doors for all and anyone to come in and hear the good news of Jesus Christ! We believe He really is the way, the truth, and the life, and we want everyone to start following Him. But we also know that this can be a daunting, confusing, and lengthy process! So don’t worry, you won’t feel any pressure from us to do anything or be anything, we’ll just be glad you came! And we’d love to do anything we can to help you in your journey. Here’s a few way to get connected:
Come on a Sunday!
Though we have many things happening as a local church, the best way to get connect is to come along on Sundays.
Location: Tara Anglican Junior School, down the end of Masons Drive North Parramatta.
Kids: We have a safe and fun kids program for ages 6 months thru Year 6
Coffee: free coffee from 9:15am and after the worship service
Lunch: join us every week for lunch after church at someone’s house
We would love to see you there!
Watch the video below to help you find our venue!
Come to Lunch
Every week we gather after the service and eat a meal together at someone’s house! No need to bring anything or even tell us, just turn up!
Come on Starting Point
Every term we run a newcomers course called ‘Starting Point’. Starting Point is designed to help you figure out who we are, what we believe, and whether you want to jump in and become a member of our church. The course runs for about 8 weeks during the week, and you can join any time. Term 4 Starting Point beings on October 16 at Riley’s house.
Come to a Life Group
The Christian life was never meant to be just 'Jesus and Me', but 'Jesus and We' and so at Sovereign Grace Church we seek to genuinely practice 'doing life together'. While we will always be joined together with all the believers in the church, Life Groups give us the opportunity to build relationships, study the Bible and cultivate fellowship with around 12-20 others in our community. A small group of people that we can regularly do life with.
Life Groups meet twice a month during term time, with an additional night, once a month, given over to men's and women's groups. All meetings take place in peoples homes, kicking off around 7.30pm.
