Eggs on the Oval Help Needed

On Good Friday we have an awesome opportunity to help serve the Wahroonga Church by running their BBQ for their outreach event, ‘Eggs on the Oval’ @ Waitara PCYC.

To make this happen we will need 5 - 6 volunteers between 9:15am - 1230pm on Good Friday to help out.

The jobs will include:

• Purchasing stock: sausages (cheap ones), onions, cans, serviettes, sauce, ice, foil trays, etc,

• Bringing utensils: tongs, scrapers, aprons

• Bringing Eskies

• Barbeques will be provided

• Plan

  • 9:15am-10am: Set Up x 2 ppl

  • 10am -12pm: Cook x 2 / Serve x 2 ppl

  • 12-12:30pm: pack down x 2 ppl

Could 5 or 6 people volunteer to help and indicate what you’d like to do?
